Happy new month people!! This new month, try to reflect on the previous month, make a check list of your goals and make plans on how to achieve them. If you didn’t do all the things you planned or perhaps you didn’t get to your expectations, don’t fret, be calm. It’s already happened and let that experience be a guide to your next step. You might need to ask yourself the following questions:
How many goals did you achieve?
How did you achieve them?
What stopped you from achieving the others?
What do you need to do/ stop doing to achieve them?
Remember it’s all up to you but don’t worry too much. Make plans and move. Remember that “if you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done”. So stop living in a dreamy world you created in your head, wake up and get what you want. Make plans, set SMART goals and make yourself the best version you could imagine. The week is yours, own it.
